Another book reading post here, this time about “The Relic Master” by Christopher Buckley. I found it (as usual) by accident, reading a positive review on someone’s Instagram. The book is not super easy reading by my standards, but I managed to complete it in around 3 weeksends.
I very much like to read about the history in the form of the adventure or fiction, so I do not get bored. This book did exaclty that. It forced me to learn more about the Duchy of Savoy, Albreht Durer and Martin Luther. I would not be surprised if the book takes me further to visit (when possible) Turin and Chambery, and also to view the works of Durer.
